I attended a communication program between Shanghai Jiaotong University and Chiba University, Japan. This program lasted for one month,
I studied in the Laboratory of Wenwei Yu, Graduate School of Engineering in Chiba University.
I also had a chance to visit the Department of Bioengineering, the University of Tokyo.

I attended a summer course given by Dinggang Shen
and Tianming Liu. These two professors gave some detailed discussions about challenges and current
works on Medical Image Segmentation and Registration, Image Analysis in Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment, fMRI analysis, DTI and Tract-based Analysis.
This course is one part of the DRAGON-STAR, which supports the Sino-European collaboration.
